Ian Foggo (25) Is in his third season with the Astors. Still at Single-A Fayetteville, Foggo has struck out 13 while walking 14, hitting two batters and throwing three wild pitches over 9 2⁄3 innings. He’s also given up nine hits for a 2.379 WHIP. He’s pretty good at making people miss, but it looks like even he has no idea where the ball is going to land.
