Astros Birthdays

Leon McFadden (79) played 62 games for the 1968 through 1970 Astros, hitting .215 while playing shortstop and outfield.

Steve Lombardazzi (63) hit .211 in 23 games for the 1989 and 1990 Astros.

RHP Mike Scott (68) played nine seasons for the Astros, from 1983 through 1991. In 263 appearances, including 259 starts, he went 110-81 with a 3.30 ERA, 1318 K’s in 1704 innings, and a very respectable 1.144 WHIP.

RHP Scott Strickland (47) pitched four innings for the 2005 Astros, allowing three runs.

Infielder Geoff Blum (50) appeared in 580 games for the 2002, 2003, and 2008 through 2010 Astros. He went .259/.317/.394 with 46 jacks and 228 RBI.
