If Texas loses and the Astros win the Astros win the AL West

Cristian Javier takes the mound, probably disqualifying him from WC competition. Does that mean that the Astros are all-in on winning the Division. Or that they are not, and they don’t want to use Javier in the playoffs?

I wouldn’t put it past the Mariners to throw their last game with Texas just to spite the Astros and keep them from the Divisional pennant.
