Watched a Tik Tok video earlier today where they were debating if Joey Votto should be in the HOF. The larger majority of people said that Votto should be in the HOF. Now I could not remember him being any better than Lance Berkman so I had to look at the stats.

The stats were closer than I expected, I thought Berkman would run away with it. Per table below Berkman had more HRs and RBIs in less PAs than Votto. The BA does look nice for Votto at .302 with Berkman not far behind at .293. Although the slugging % and OPS does favor Berkman.

All in all, I am not sure how you can make a case for Votto without also making the case for Berkman. Let me know what you guys think in the comments. Should Votto/Berkman be in the HOF?
