AAA: Sugar Land Skeeters (70-49) won 5-3 (BOX SCORE)

Matijevic got the scoring started for the Skeeters crushing a 3 run HR to right, his 25th HR of the season. The Isotopes tied the game up in the 3rd scoring 3 runs on a single to CF and an error that allowed all three runners to score. Matijevic added an RBI double in the bottom of the 3rd to take a 4-3 lead. France got the start and pitched well allowing 3 runs, 2 earned over 5 innings while striking out 7. In the bottom of the 5th, Pena hit a laser to LF for 5th HR of the season as it extended the lead to 5-3. Dubin relieved France and tossed 3 scoreless innings. Blanco came on for the 9th and tossed an immaculate inning striking out the side to pick up the save.

Note: Pena is hitting .439 with 4 HR, 3 SB over his last 10 games.
