Another day of minor league baseball is in the books and you can see all the Astros affiliates results below.

AAA: Sugar Land Skeeters (26-20) lost 5-4 (BOX SCORE)

France started for the Skeeters and pitched pretty well striking out 9 over 4.2 innings while allowing 2 runs. De La Cruz put the Skeeters on the board in the 3rd with an RBI single and in the 4th the Skeeters got 2 more on Stubbs and De Goti RBI singles. McKee and Kelly both had scoreless outings in relief. Papierski added an RBI single in the 8th to make it 4-2 Skeeters. Blanco came on to close it in the 9th and allowed 2 runs as OKC tied it up at 4. The game went to extras and OKC scored a run off of Martes in the 11th. The run was unearned and Martes struck out 4 in his 2 innings. The Skeeters went down in order in the 11th as they lost this one 5-4.

Note: France has 63 K in 41.1 innings this season.
