Another day of minor league baseball is in the books and you can see all the Astros affiliates results below.

AAA: Sugar Land Skeeters (25-18) lost 2-1 (BOX SCORE)

Hartman started for the Skeeters and pitched well allowing just 1 run in 5.1 innings. The Skeeters got on the board in the 5th on a Meyers RBI single. McKee relieved Hartman and allowed 1 run in his 1.2 innings. Martes came in and tossed 2 scoreless innings with 3 strikeouts. Unfortunately the offense struggled to get anything else going and dropped this one 2-1.

Note: Hartman has 49 K in 40.2 innings this season.


AA: Corpus Christi Hooks (21-25) won 8-6 (BOX SCORE)

Daniels started for the Hooks and allowed 3 runs over 5 innings. The Hooks got on the board in the first with a 3 run HR from Gonzalez. They got another run in the second on an Adolph solo HR. In the 4th, Gonzalez added an RBI double. Rosado relieved Daniels and allowed 3 runs over 3 innings. Gonzalez added another hit, this time a 2 run double in the 6th. For good measure, he also had an RBI single in the 8th to give him a five hit night. Conn closed it out with a scoreless 9th.

Note: Gonzalez is hitting .313 with 9 HR, 33 RBI in 36 games this season.


A+: Asheville Tourists (21-24) won 7-3 (BOX SCORE)

Moclair started for the Tourists and tossed 4 scoreless innings. Asheville got on the board in the 3rd scoring 5 runs on a wild pitch, an Abreu RBI double and a Perez 3 run HR. Melendez relieved Moclair and allowed 2 runs over 3.2 innings. Perez added an insurance run in the 6th with an RBI double. Casey closed it out allowing 1 run but he picked up the save.

Note: Perez has 13 2B, 10 HR, 32 RBI in 35 games this season.


A: Fayetteville Woodpeckers (17-27) lost 5-4 (BOX SCORE)

James made a rehab start and tossed a scoreless inning. He was relieved by Schroeder who allowed 3 runs in 2 innings of work. The offense scored 3 runs in the first on a Correa 2 run double and a Rodriguez RBI single. Garcia, Jaquez and Vega had scoreless outings in relief. The Woodpeckers scored a run in the 9th on a Whitcomb bases loaded HBP but Brewer struck out with the bases loaded to end it as they fell 5-4.

Note: Whitcomb is hitting .286 with 14 SB this season.
