The final minor league recap of the 2021 season....

AAA: Sugar Land Skeeters (75-55) lost 14-4 (BOX SCORE)

Conine started for the Skeeters but got roughed up allowing 10 runs, 6 earned over 2.2 innings. The Skeeters got on the board in the 5th scoring 3 runs on a Jones bases loaded walk, Hinojosa RBI single, and Costes sac fly. The Skeeters got another run back in the 6th on a Papierski RBI double. Most of the bullpen was solid but James allowed 4 runs as the Express extended their lead. The offense was unable to get anything else going as they dropped the season finale 14-4.

Note: Jones finished the minor league season hitting .331 with a 1.009 OPS.
