Game thread 121: Aug 13, 2019, Astros vs White Sox (Doubleheader, 2nd game)

Astros win the first game 6-2 over the White Sox. Gerrit Cole matches up against Iván Nova in the second game of the doubleheader.

I’m a liar. That last game thread was not enough to contain the fandom of two Astros games of a doubleheader.

The Astros won Part 1, 6-2.

Here’s a new game thread for Part 2. Game one was good. But Like the Godfather, the Richard Donner Superman, and he Christopher Nolan Batman, the sequel may be even better.
