Welcome to SB Nation FanPulse, a survey of fans across MLB. Each week, we send 30 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Astros fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.

Baseball fans were asked to which city would you like to see expansion. About 33% said Montreal, and about 20% said Nashville, Portland or Las Vegas. About 12% said Charlotte. Here’s the chart.

A follow up on last week’s topic; the unparalleled support that Astros fans have given the Astros’ management. I believe this is a league-wide perception.

Look at the chart below for the Baltimore Orioles.

Confidence is high and steady, despite the team having the worst record in baseball for most of the season. No other team among the losers receives anywhere near that level of consistent support. Why?

I believe it is because Orioles fans believe that Astroball can and will work in Baltimore. And I will take another leap and suggest that this attitude about Astros style management is shared throughout baseball at this time.

But if this losing streak goes on much longer, let’s see if the numbers hold, at least here in Houston.
