Hartman started for the Hooks last night and dominated allowing just 1 hit over 7 shutout innings with 8 strikeouts. The Hooks took a 1-0 lead in 7th on a Cesar RBI single, this also extended Cesar’s hitting streak to 37 games tying the Texas League Record. Deetz had a clean 8th on a rehab outing and Ferrell closed it out with 2 strikeouts in the 9th to pickup the save.
