Pitching Matchup

RHP Gerrit Cole (8-1, 2.40 ERA, 130 SO) vs. RHP Ryne Stanek (1-1, 2.55 ERA, 22 SO)

Those fortunate enough to attend tonight's game will be able to witness first-hand a "bullpen game" popularly used by the Tampa Bay Rays where the starter does not pitch for more than two or three innings. On the other side, Astros starter Gerrit Cole looks to continue his dominance and take advantage of a weaker Rays lineup.

Today's Lineups

After absolutely killing the baseball on a 10-game road trip, hopefully the Astros can keep their momentum going at home where they have been worse offensively so far in 2018. The Rays will boast a younger lineup today that features talented shortstop Willy Adames and top prospect Jake Bauers playing first base.
