AAA: Fresno Grizzlies (12-4) won 12-4 (BOX SCORE)

The Grizzlies wasted no time getting ahead in this one getting 3 runs in the 2nd inning on a Garcia 2 run single and Kemp RBI single. They put up 4 more runs in the 3rd on a Federowicz RBI double, Mayfield 2 run double and another Kemp RBI single. In the 4th inning they put up another crooked number getting 5 runs on a Davis 3 run HR and Mayfield 2 run HR. Emanuel got the start and was very good allowing just a solo HR in his 5.2 innings of work while picking up 7 strikeouts.

Note: Kemp is hitting .410 with 8 RBI over his last 10 games.

Another nice win for Buies Creek, who are off to a great start. McCormick continued his hot hitting driving in Toro on an RBI single in the first. They put up 2 runs in the second on a Dawson RBI single and Rojas RBI double. In the 3rd inning they would score 4 more on a Sierra 2 run double, Dawson RBI single and another run scoring on an error. Adcock got the start and allowed 2 runs, 1 earned, over 4 innings of work. Rojas added a little insurance in the 7th with a solo HR, his first of the year. Martin closed out the game with 4 no-hit innings picking up 8 strikeouts.

Note: Martin has allowed 3 hits with 20 strikeouts in 14 innings this season.
