Houston Astros RHP Lance McCullers has struggled with injuries for the majority of the season. He has been on the disabled list twice and was recently pulled from the rotation with arm fatigue.
McCullers returns to the rotation on Sunday against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim on, Astros manager A.J. Hinch announced on Friday.

McCullers, 23, is 7-3 with a 3.97 ERA in 1.27 WHIP in 20 starts during the 2017 season. He made his last start on Sept. 6 against the Mariners and his last start longer than six innings was June 8.
McCullers was 3-1 with a 1.55 ERA in eight career starts against the Angels. He is 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA in two starts in 2017 (0ER/13 2⁄3 IP).
Also among the starting pitcher announcements is the fact that former Astro Bud Norris will start on Saturday.
Norris, 32, was drafted by the Astros in the sixth round of the 2006 MLB Draft. Norris is making his second start in 2017, he pitched two to start the Sept. 15 game against the Rangers.
