Preview
The Astros play a matinee game for the final contest of a 4-game set in Oakland, and a win would give them:
-their first 4-game sweep of the season
-their 9th consecutive win in Oakland going back to last year
-their 50th win of the season in only their 74th game
-a happy flight to Seattle
Jesse Hahn takes the mound for Oakland, and has been consistently good for them this year. Other than one poor start against Miami, Hahn has gone 5+ innings in 10 of his 11 games and hasn’t allowed more than 3 earned runs.
David Paulino has put up decent numbers for a rookie, with his best start coming Saturday against Boston. He limited the Red Sox to 1 earned run on only 3 hits over 6 innings.
