Cabell, 67, played eight seasons with the Astros for eight seasons. He led the league in at-bats (660) and was finished 22nd overall in MVP voting in 1978. Cabell was also a member of the 1980 NL West division champions, where he batted .276 (167x604) with 69 runs scored, 21 stolen bases, and 55 RBIs.
Mike Wickham will represent Houston for the second year a row. It will be a family affair for Wickham on MLB Network, he is married to host Heidi Watney.
Houston owns 4 of the top 75 picks (Nos. 15, 53, 56, 75), which is tied for the most in the majors with Pittsburgh.
