The tough part for Jeff Bagwell is over. He is a member of the 2017 Class of the Baseball Hall of Fame with Tim Raines and Pudge Rodriguez. Now comes the fun parts.

Bagwell toured the Hall of Fame on Tuesday and saw where he will forever be enshrined its hallowed halls.

Bagwell got a chance to touch baseball artifacts such as Lou Gehrig’s glove, Babe Ruth’s bat and a home run baseball from Ted Williams.

The Astros great becomes the 22nd first baseman inducted into the Hall of Fame and joins the hall as the second player going in as an Astro. Fellow Killer B Craig Biggio was inducted in 2015 Class.

The 2017 Class will be inducted in Cooperstown, NY on July 30 with former Commissioner Bud Selig and Braves vice chairman John Schuerholz, who were elected by the 16-member Today’s Game Committee.
