The Astros and the City of Houston will celebrate the franchise's first World Series Championship ever. The parade will start at 2 p.m. CT.
A parade will start and end at City Hall in downtown Houston with a rally on the City Hall steps. Mayor Sylvester Turner will be the master of ceremonies.
