Adjust your schedules Astros fans. Major League Baseball announced Thursday that the remaining five games of the 2017 World Series will all start at 7:20 p.m. central time.
It will start with game 3 in Houston that was originally scheduled to start 7:09 p.m. CT. The move to change the start time may have been sparked by former Los Angeles Dodgers broadcaster Vin Scully had a spirited (kindest word I can find) intro for the ceremonial first pitch in Game 2.
Game 2 started at 7:17 p.m. CT, eight minutes late. But admittedly, the Dodgers seemed to really enjoy it.
The Fox pre-game broadcast will start at 6:30 p.m. CT, except for Game 5 Sunday in which it will start at 7 p.m. CT.
