There were early rumbles about the fact that Jake Marisnick, who was dealing with a broken thumb, would not be back in time to make the Houston Astros World Series roster.

That news was correct as the Astros have announced their 25-man roster for the 2017 World Series Tuesday without making any changes from the American League Championship Series roster that added Collin McHugh.

The 2017 World Series begins Tuesday against Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodgers Stadium.

The Astros will have 12 pitchers and 13 position players on their active roster.
