The 2017 World Series starts on Tuesday. The Houston Astros travel to Los Angeles to face the team that finish with the best record in baseball, the Dodgers.
Major League Baseball announced the start times and schedule for the World series over the weekend. The most surprising thing is that the start times may play into the Astros favor, all seven games will start right around 7 p.m. With the Astros normal game start at 7:10 for most games.
Both game one and two will start at 7:09 p.m. CT and at the very least two games will happen in Houston with the start times at 7:09 p.m. CT. The only variant is Sunday’s game which will start at 7:16 p.m. CT.
FS1 broadcast crew will return from the American League Champion Series to broadcast the World Series. Fox’s Joe Buck will do the play-by-play with man who doesn’t like to call Lance McCullers’ breaking pitch a curveball, John Smoltz. They will be joined by sideline reports Ken Rosenthal and Tom Verducci.
