How to watch the Astros, Athletics series online, TV schedule, and more

Astros welcome the A's to Minute Maid Park for three games.

Thomas B. Shea-USA TODAY Sports

Guess who has the best record in the AL West over the past 10 game? The answer is the Houston Astros, who went 8-2 over their last 10 games. Second on that list is the Texas Rangers with a 7-3 record, but third on that list is the Oakland Athletics with a 6-4 record.

The A's and Astros are both no longer alone in the basement as both have matched (and the A's have surpassed) the Angles. That said the A's are 6.5 games behind the division leading Rangers and Mariners, while the Astros are 7 games back.

Now on to the weekend series, where one team will continue to have positive movement and the other will wonder if they have slipped back to modesty.
