The Houston Astros have promoted a few prospects during the 2016 season: Tyler White, Chris Devenski, Colin Moran, Tony Kemp, and A.J. Reed. Not all of them have stuck in the majors, but the Astros continue to shuffle their prospect depth chart as multiple reports have indicated the team will promote infielder Alex Bregman and outfielder Teoscar Hernandez to Triple-A Fresno after the Texas League All-Star Game on Tuesday.

Bregman, 22, is batting .297 (70x236) with 54 runs scored, 16 doubles, two triples, 14 home runs, 46 RBIs, 42 walks, .415 on-base percentage, and .559 slugging percentage with Double-A Corpus Christi. Bregman was selected by the Astros with the second-overall pick in the 2015 MLB draft out of LSU.

Hernandez, 23, is batting .305 (85x279) with 53 runs scored, 19 doubles, six home runs, 30 RBIs, 29 stolen bases, .384 on-base percentage, and .437 slugging percentage. Hernandez is an international signing out of the Dominican Republic in 2011.
