Danny Worth being called up broke before the Houston Astros announced the corresponding moves earlier on Tuesday. The team officially announced they would be adding Worth to the major league roster after designating Juan Minaya and placing Gregerson on the family medical emergency list.

Worth has been lighting it up with Triple-A Fresno. He is currently batting .340 (65x191) with 41 runs scored, 12 doubles, two triples, eight home run, and 36 RBIs.

The Astros added Minaya to the 40-man roster in November of 2015 ahead of the Rule 5 Draft. Minaya put together a 2.80 ERA and 1.28 WHIP in 54.2 innings between Double-A Corpus Christi and Triple-A Fresno in 2015.

In 2016, Minaya has been placed on the 7-day disabled list during the month of May and June with the Triple-A Fresno Grizzlies. He is 1-3 with a 3.91 ERA in 17 appearances.
