Preview

Not matter how well Dallas Keuchel pitches, the score will be Rangers 2, Astros 1. Preview  done. Right? OK! Fine, I'll actually write a preview.

In 2015, Dallas Keuchel would be primed to be the Astros stopper to end the current slide. But this is 2016, Dallas Keuchel hasn't pitched like the Astros ace much of this season. Keuchel is 0-4 with a 7.32 ERA in his last six starts.

On top of that, the Rangers have had Keuchel's number in two of his last three starts. He has a 7.86 ERA over his last 18 1/3 innings against the Rangers. In his most recent start against Texas, Keuchel gave up six runs on 13 hits over six innings in Arlington.

Current Rangers are batting .242 (50x207) against Keuchel with a .282 BABIP, 3.18 FIP, 19.3 K%, and a 4.9 BB%.
