Triple-A: Fresno (15-21) loses to the Nashville Sounds (18-19)

Colin Moran homered to dead center. According to our own Brooks Parker, who was there, it bounced off the top of the centerfield wall.

Brady Rodgers was solid and has put together a nice little season so far pitching to a FIP of 3.15. This is not his normal start because he walked three, but he also struck out eight.

Josh Fields was touched up a little.

Fresno loses, 6-3.

Double-A: Hooks rained out versus Frisco

Class A Advanced: Lancaster (14-20) loses to Lake Elsinore (17-20)

Nick Tanielu tripled and Bobby Boyd homered. They each had two hits. It's worth mentioning that the wind was blowing out to right field at 25 mph. Tanielu has a .921 OPS on the season. His career OPS is .807 which suggests that this year is a Lancaster mirage, but this dude can hit a little bit.

Lancaster loses, 6-3.

Class A: Quad Cities (15-21) beats Deloit (18-18)

Kyle Tucker got the day off. Johnny Sewald and Brooks Marlow both homered.

Alex Winkelman went six strong innings only allowing a hit and a walk while striking out seven. It only took him 74 pitches (47 strikes) to pull that off. Winkelman is a 21st rounder out of Southeast Missouri State from last  year. He's a 6-2 southpaw. He's struck out 33 over 32.1 innings this year. Interest piqued.
