Preview

So apparently the Astros can only score runs in the first inning against the Tigers. After two games, Houston has scored four runs this series all in the first inning. In those two games, the Astros have left 29 runners on base.

Houston turns to their No. 3 starter Mike Fiers for the series win. To be frank about Fiers, the Astros need more from the acquisition from Milwaukee in 2016. Through two games, Fiers has given up eight runs over 11 innings. One of biggest problems for Fiers has been the long ball -- he has given up three so far in 2016.

Current Tigers are batting .250 (11x44) with a .306 BABIP, .306 FIP, 2.514 K% and 6.00 BB%.
