This one is from The Guest, a taut, 80s-style thriller with a pumping synth soundtrack. I'm not going to give any more plot details, because it's better to go in cold, but trust me it's fantastic (and on Netflix). Ever since the movie Drive came out in 2011 there has been a sort of 80s synthwave revival. It's a fine retro alternative to the current trend in EDM of trap music.
