It's time once again to give out our weekly Blue Star's for defensive excellence. I have whittled down Correa's plays to just a couple to make it fair for everyone since this week had a lot of deserving moments. As always, be sure to add any I missed in the comments, and let your voice be heard in the poll. (Oh who am I kidding...Carlos will win again.)
Jose Altuve Off Balance Throw
Sometimes when you have just ranged across the infield and slid to make a great stop, getting all the way onto your feet to make the throw is tough.

Jed Lowrie Taking Care of Business At The Hot Corner
We are all glad Jed is back, and watching him grab this hot shot while playing in let's us know everything is gonna be alright. For a guy who has been on the DL forever he made this look easy.

Luis Valbuena Taking Care of Business At The Hot Corner
Yes it is a third base two-fer. Valbuena shows that anything Jed can do, he can do better. Ok...at least as good.

Collin McHugh Spin Move Pickoff
Not many pitchers make the list each week, but this was smooth. Kudos also to Correa for handling the throw and getting that tag down quick.

Carlos Correa Lays Out to Save a Run
Carlos saves at least a run and keeps the game close by once again snagging a ball that looks like it was getting past him, and throwing out the speedy DDJ.

Carlos Correa Jump Throw
All over the internet folks were comparing this to Jeter. Only real difference is that Jeter would range three feet to make a jump throw, not fifteen.
