Jake Marisnick attempts to steal second, scores all on the same play
One of Jake Marisnick's tools, outside of his fielding and hair, is his speed. Marisnick tested the Red Sox rookie pitcher Brian Johnson, attempted to steal second with a runner on third. The pitch was high enough that it pulled Ryan Hanigan out of his crouch, Hanigan's throw hit Marisnick in the arm. The ball ricocheted into left field, where Hanley Ramirez picked up a threw wide of home. Marisnick sprinting all the way, scored easily.
