Carlos Correa becomes the second youngest player in the last 100 years to steal three bases in one game, second only to Rickey Henderson - as first reported by MLB.com's Brian McTaggart.
Correa stole bases in the third, fifth, and seventh innings. he not only stole three bags, but he stole third base twice on Thursday.
Henderson stole three bases on Aug. 23, 1979, when he was 20 years and 241 days old. As of today, Correa is 20 years and 269 days old -- just 28 days older than Henderson.
Through nine games with the Astros, Correa is batting .349 with three doubles, three home runs, seven runs scored, seven RBIs, and four stolen bases. He has an 1.006 OPS.
With the help of Correa's double, two runs scored, and three stolen bases, the Astros won 8-4 on Thursday.
