The Astros front office never takes a day off. Houston and General Manager Jeff Luhnow announced on Wednesday the team has claimed right-handed pitcher Danny Reynolds off waivers from the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The #Astros have claimed RHP Danny Reynolds off waivers from the Dodgers. Following the move, the Astros 40-man roster now stands at 38.

Reynolds was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the sixth round of the 2009 MLB Draft out of Durango High School (Las Vegas, NV). He was claimed off waivers by the Los Angeles Dodgers on Dec. 7, 2015, and designated for assignments by Los Angeles on Dec. 18.
Reynolds pitched for Double Arkansas in 2015, posting a 2-3 record with a 4.57 ERA (22ER/43.1 IP), 50 strikeouts and .213 opponent batting average.
The Astros' 40-man roster currently sits at 38 players with the inclusion of Reynolds.
