The Astros have eventful season in 2015. Houston had a Rookie of the Year award winner, a Cy Young Award winner, their hackers were caught (still watching you St. Louis), made the playoffs for the first time in 10 years, and made a blockbuster-ish trade at the deadline.
The Astros did it all in 2015. It's no surprise that Houston checks in as Google's 4th-highest trending team in 2015. Houston was behind only the New York Mets, Toronto Blue Jays, and Chicago Cubs. The Astros were ahead of the 2015 World Series Champion Kansas City Royals.

At times, the Astros seem to find the more infamous side of attention over the years. Recently, everything has been coming up Houston. The emergence of Dallas Keuchel, George Springer, Carlos Correa, Lance McCullers, and the list goes on, has created a fun team to watch.
It helped to have a playoff run and another major team getting caught stealing your baseball data to drive traffic to the team.
Hopefully some of those google searches led you back to TCB.
