Rudy Owens has been called up; Clemens has been sent back down to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Astros are going to call up Rudy Owens to replace Paul Clemens.

The revolving door continues to turn for Paul Clemens, Clemens has now gone between Triple-A and the majors six times this season.
Clemens was called up on June 1, 2014 when the Astros send down Brett Oberholtzer down. He made three appearances this month, pitched five innings and allowed six runs (five earned). The Twins touched up Clemens for four runs over two innings on Saturday.
Rudy Owens is taking his second turn with the Astros this season. He made his first major start on May 23, allowing five earned runs over 5.2 innings to the Mariners. He returned to Oklahoma City after his start. Owens since made two starts, he allowed four runs over 13.2 innings with zero walks and 11 strikeouts.
There is no indication that Owens is returning to start, thus appears to be a straight swap in the bullpen.
