The Astros played their second and third Spring Training games this weekend. Splitting the two games between the Tigers and Braves. You can read the recaps here and here.
A few things of note from the two games -
- Carlos Correa picked up a double against the Tigers
- Brad Peacock gave up all five runs to the Tigers on four hits and two walks
- Mike Foltynewicz pitched two scoreless innings on Saturday; allowing one hit
- Jarred Cosart went two scoreless innings on 27 pitches Sunday
- Brett Oberholtzer threw two innings and gave up one run in relief of Cosart
- Chad Qualls made his first appearance over the weekend giving up two runs on three hits
