Friday's game is at 7:05 p.m. and Saturday's will be at 1:05 p.m. As part of the weekend, there will be a sports collectibles show and more. From the website:
Sports Collectible Show
Another new element is the "Big League Weekend Sports Collectible Show," hosted by Sports Collectibles of Houston. Located on the South End Club Level of the Alamodome, collectors and fans can buy and sell sports cards, autographs and memorabilia with dealers from all over the Southwest. The show also offers free appraisals, so fans can find out what their old sports items are worth. Many one-of-a-kind collectibles-including items from Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle and other sports legends-will be on display.

Budweiser Clydesdales

We are very excited to announce that the Budweiser Clydesdales will be making an appearance at the Alamodome before both games. Come early and get your picture taken on the North Plaza with this amazing team!Ultimate Fan Experience
We are very excited to partner with the Valero Texas Open to give two lucky winners the chance to have the "Ultimate Fan Experience" with a friend. Each winner will receive two VIP lower level tickets and have on-field access for an up-close view of pre-game batting practice. They will also get two tickets to the Hall-of-Fame Luncheon. Plus, the Ultimate Fan Experience gives them Honorary Observer status, an exclusive chance to walk "inside the ropes" for 18 holes with a PGA TOUR pairing during an official competition round at the Valero Texas Open, two Terrace Club hospitality tickets on the 18th green, which includes food and beverage, and a Valero Texas Open prize pack including logoed apparel and autographed memorabilia. To win this great prize, fans will participate in an "Ultimate Fan Experience" scavenger hunt on Wednesday, March 26, where they will need to find a specially marked Big League Weekend baseball and specially marked Valero Texas Open golf ball. For more information on the Ultimate Fan Experience, go to the Big League Weekend Facebook page and the Valero Texas Open Facebook or website.
Tickets to the games start at $10.
The Astros will start Dallas Keuchel on Friday, but have not announced a starter for Saturday's game with either the Rangers or Veracruz. With Scott Feldman scheduled to pitch the season opener on Tuesday, it doesn't make sense for him to see time on Saturday, but the Astros could throw Brett Oberholtzer in either game to keep him on pace to start Thursday's game against the Yankees. That would leave Lucas Harrell in line to start Sunday's game against Veracruz.
Bo Porter will be in San Antonio for Friday's game but will leave for Houston on Saturday. Anyone going to either of these games, let us know. We'd love to hear about your experience and how San Antonio puts on big league ballgames.
