Jordan Lyles has allowed only one run in each of last three starts. If you were take out the eight run explosion against the Rangers earlier this month, Lyles has a 2.57 ERA in his starts since joining the club. In Lyles' one start against the Angels, he pitched five innings and giving up three runs. All three runs came on a Mark Trumbo homerun. Josh Hamilton failed to get a hit off the Astros right hander last game, but still has a career average of .444 with a homerun and two RBIs.

C.J. Wilson takes the mound for his third start against Houston this year. He is 1-1 in those starts, giving up three earned runs over 12 1/3 innings. Jose Altuve is batting .333 of Wilson, with a 1.262 OPS, a homerun and two RBIs. Trogdor collected another one of his 11 homeruns this season off Wilson.
