Preview

Bud Norris, since the start of April, has reclaimed his spot as the top dog in the Astros rotation. The highest paid Astros currently on the 25-man roster, is sporting at 2.70 ERA, in the month of June. In each of his last three starts, he has had at least six strikeouts. Norris has picked up two straight losses in starts against the Mariners and Orioles, giving up three runs in each start. Norris, at home, has a staggering 2.28 ERA. Adam Dunn is 1-for-3 against Norris with 2 RBIs.

Jose Quintana is the forth straight left-handed pitcher the White Sox have thrown at the Astros this series. He has a good mix of fastball, cuter and curve, but too many of his hit allowed have turned into homeruns (10 homeruns in 13 starts). Carlos Pena is the only Astros with previous at-bats against Quintana (0-2).
