Baseball Prospectus releases Top 10 Astros prospects list

Today marks something like the unofficial beginning of the off-season for prospect watchers, as Baseball Prospectus released it's first off-season list of organizational top prospects. They're beginning with the American League West teams, and the Houston Astros are up first.
