Don't sleep on Oklahoma City! I was already counting them out of the playoff race, but they are very much still alive. They are currently 2.5 games back behind Albuquerque and they have two games left in a series with them before a closing four game series with Round Rock. They are on a four win streak and if they can close out this series, they have a very good shot at making the playoffs. Although, with Matt Dominguez getting called up to the majors, they have lost one of their hotter bats right now.

Corpus has basically locked up their spot in the playoffs and we all know Tri-City has, but Lancaster is also still looking like they are in good shape if they continue to win a few more games. It's very possible that we will have four affiliates in the playoffs. It's almost certain we'll have three.

Speaking of Tri-City, they set a ValleyCats record in wins last night with their number 50! Yeah, that's ten more than the major league club. This team is just very fun to follow and I wish they played more on MiLB.TV.
