The Top Performer:
Jonathan Gaston, OF, 22, Lancaster. Gaston wrapped up his week with a private power outburst for Jeff Bagwell. For the week, he was 10 for 21 with 10 runs scored, one triple, seven home runs, and 11 RBI.
The other Four:
Tommy Manzella, SS, 26, Round Rock. Manzella went 11 for 27 with three doubles, three home runs, and nine RBI.
Jose Duran, RHP, 24, Lancaster. Duran made two relief appearances pitching 8 2/3 scoreless innings with four hits allowed and seven strikeouts.
Erick Abreu, RHP, 25, Corpus Christi. Abreu had eight scoreless innings over two relief appearances, allowing only two hits and striking out four.
Xavier Baso, RHP, 18, DSL Astros. Baso pitched five hitless innings striking out six in his only start.
