Cooper's going with the same lineup as last night in which the "Big 3" in Berkman, Lee and Tejada went a combined 1 for 12 as the Astros were able to record just 5 hits on the day. I'm not sure if I should compliment Cooper for at least sticking with his guns and going down in flames, or lament him for not seeing that it's a bad lineup and should be changed.

Maybe I'm being overly harsh on Cooper, but so far in his 18 games as manager this season, he hasn't done much to impress me. I like Cooper as a person and as a bench coach, but right now... he's not doing much for me as a manager. Maybe I'm wrong and he'll turn it around. I sure hope so... Some of the fans over at the Crawford Boxes message board are calling for the Astros to get rid of Cooper and move Jose Cruz to the manager position. I don't really know what to think about that...
