Look at Chris Burke go.

Burkie is 5 for 7 off Sean Marshall with a homer, good for a cool 1.857 OPS. At the other end of the spectrum, Lance Berkman is 3 for 12 with a double, and has thus managed a .641 OPS off the Cubs' lefty.

Astros actually have a chance to put together their first three-game win streak under Cecil Cooper today. They haven't won three straight since they took exactly that many from the Brewers and the Dodgers August 12 through 14.

And as littlevisigoth sagely noted yesterday, a win today makes August a winning month!

Joining the Astros today, and maybe even out of the bullpen will be Chris Sampson, if you hadn 't heard. To make room, Travis Driskill was outrighted to Round Rock.
