Alright! Roger Clemens--who's failed to notch a quality start just one time in his nine outings--looks to give the Astros the sweep over the Bucs, and a 7 - 2 edge in the season series.
Houston HAS kind of had their way with the Pirates this year, and with next week's opponents, the Cubs, too. They're 6 - 2 vs. the Pirates and 8 - 4 vs. the Cubs, and I have no idea what that says about our beloved 2006 Astros.
On the one hand, you shouldn't take too much joy in beating up on the also-rans, but on the other, they say that the good teams fatten up on the weak.
Confused, I took a look at how the Astros have done based on the quality of opposition.
I'm glad we're playing well right now, but I don't see much that looks more than blah-average:
