News Learned Of While Listening to Soundgarden

Nothing real surprising here, but I thought it should be here somewhere, and that's that Morgan Ensberg and the Astros split the difference today and got a deal done in advance of the looming arbitration hearing.

Good if not unexpected news, meaning that all the arbitration eligible guys from 2005 are taken care of, or departed.

And that the late Darryl Kile remains the last Astro to go to arbitration.

One year, 3.8 million bills*.  And if his numbers at the break look like they did in 2005, Ensberg will find that it won't take him too long to sign his next, longer, deal.
