Wandy to DL with fluid in elbow. Jordan Lyles called up and will pitch Tues in Chicago.
Wow. I guess those high pitch counts were too much for Wandy's elbow, but Jordan Lyles will make his major league debut on Tuesday against the Chicago Cubs (h/t to Astros County).
