he only blew like a .093 so maybe he figured he would blow lower. for most people it only takes a few drinks to get up over .08. experienced boozers tolerate higher BAC's and are "fine" well above .10. maybe he stumbled through the field test cause he was tired but thought there was no way he'd blow over if he'd just had a few drinks a few hours ago. La-Oops.
