Is there a sabermetrics stat for this?

Looking through a fantasy baseball magazine that I picked up to prepare for my upcoming drafts, there's an article ranking each stadium's BPI (Ballpark Power Index). This measures each stadium's power potential by ranking each ballpark by home runs per game, runs per game, and slugging percentage. I thought, "hey this is great, I can look at players that have switched teams this year and try to adjust their output from last year to this year based on which stadiums they will most often play in." Except there's one problem...

This BPI statistic does not take into account which players are playing their games at each stadium. For example, Marlins Park has the highest BPI (bad for hitters). I bet it would be even higher if Mike Stanton (ok fine.. Giancarlo Stanton) didn't play there. Or how about the Orioles.. they hit the most HRs in the league last year and have the second lowest BPI in the league. This is definitely affected by the power hitters that play there. So this statistic does not accurately reflect the stadium itself, but a combination of the stadium AND the players playing their games there.

Is there any statistic that measures BPI while keeping hitters neutral?
