RedHawks fall 9-2
Jake Buchanan is human. Or at least his fastball is. He gave up seven earned in six innings, which is what you call a bad day. A bad stinking day. I mean that will do it. He just wasn't his normal self. He normally has an extreme groundball rate and he actually had just one more groundout than flyouts. That's not very Jake Buck of him.

The Duff-Man Does What The Duff-Man Does in 3-2 Win
It's hard for me not to rave on Tropeano's very nice start, but I have to point out that Matt Duffy has real power. It's a small sample since he's only been in Corpus for a little over two weeks, but the dude now has five home runs. His ISO hasn't dropped. It's actually gone up eight points outside of The Hangar. His average has dropped, but so has his BABIP. He remains interesting!

TC's Offense Explodes in 7-3 Win
Thirteen hits. 13 hits. THIRTEEN HITS. Would you like me to write that out in another way? The top three hitters reached based eight times. Boys did work! Who knew that James Ramsay would be tied for second in home runs on this team? Is he really the second coming of Andrew Aplin (but different)? Also, Gregor and Kemmer need to step up! Can't let the speedy center fielder beat ya'll!
