Fantasy Draft

I bring to my fellow TCBers a scenario, a completely and unrealistic scenario, that has been brewing in my mind for most of the day. It started out with a day of dealing with extreme boredom. Well, as most of you who play sports games know, when you first buy a game there are lots of things you can do with that game. You can jump into the game and just start playing. Maybe you will do a Home Run Derby or maybe you will jump into Franchise Mode. Well as time goes on, you start to get bored with that game and you have to start looking for new and creative way to make that game interesting again. Well considering it is February, you can imagine I am just about out of ideas. My solution, in wanting to see a much improved Astros roster, was to start a franchise with a fantasy draft. This is where my question comes. If MLB was to decide it was going to completely start over and it was going to begin this season with a fantasy draft and the Astros were at 1.1, who would you pick first? Anyone at any level is available; they dont have to be at the MLB level. Second question, would you play for this season and draft guys in their prime or stock up on high upside prospects. Go!
